Who we are

Three young men sitting on a green couch having a serious conversation. One man is speaking and gesturing with his finger, while the others are listening. There are notebooks, a book, and a plant nearby.

At ACTIVENGLISH, we are educators, facilitators, and lifelong learners united by one mission: to make English learning accessible, empowering, and transformative.

We are a nonprofit initiative. Learners pay only the minimum needed to sustain classes, and instructors receive the maximum possible share. This ensures two things: learners get world-class instruction at an affordable price, and teachers are motivated, respected, and fairly rewarded for their expertise.

Our approach is simple: speak first, refine later. Unlike passive methods that rely on memorizing grammar and vocabulary with the hope that fluency will follow, ACTIVENGLISH puts learners directly into real conversations from day one. We don’t dance around the skill — we practice it immediately, through meaningful tasks, authentic interactions, and guided feedback.

This approach is more challenging — for learners and teachers alike — but the rewards are far greater. Learners build confidence, fluency, and communicative ability much faster than in traditional classrooms. Every class is a space for active use of language: speaking, interacting, problem-solving, and connecting with real goals in life, work, or study.

The name ACTIVENGLISH reflects our philosophy: we reject passive learning. Instead, we create learning experiences that are dynamic, practical, and alive — preparing learners not just to study English, but to use English as a skill that opens doors.
